Women of INSPIRATION

The WISE Chapter of Seattle is excited to announce the launch of its Women of Inspiration Award. Do you know someone that lives by the values that WISE Seattle was built upon? Someone that encourages an inclusive community, empowers personal growth and development, and is working to evolve the sports and events industries for generations to come? Then we want to hear from you! It’s time to honor those hard-working individuals by nominating them for the WISE Seattle Women of Inspiration Award. This could be a colleague, coach, volunteer or even you!    

Nominations are open to both WISE and non-WISE members and are being accepted until Friday, August 12, 2022, free of charge. Three finalists will be selected by the WISE Seattle Board and Women of Inspiration Committee and announced on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. The winner of the 2022 WISE Seattle Women of Inspiration award will be honored by WISE at its end-of-year event, receive a year-long WISE membership and a cash donation from WISE Seattle and our partners to be distributed to the non-profit or organization of their choice to continue to Encourage, Empower and Evolve Women in Sports & Events in our community.    

Women of Inspiration Award - This award honors a female in our community who exemplifies the pillars upon which WISE Seattle was founded. This individual is making a positive impact on the business of sports and events while serving as a positive role model and mentor for other women.

May 11th - Women of Inspiration Nominations Opens   

August 12th – Nominations Close  September 14th – Top Three Finalists Announced and Voting Begins  October 15th – Voting Closes   

November 1st - Winner Announced   

December 13th - Winner celebrated at WISE Seattle's End of the Year Gathering
